Bricklaying Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sessional Lecturer in Bricklaying. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to our students, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and workshops on bricklaying and construction skills to students on our Level 1 courses
- Develop and maintain a high-quality learning environment that is engaging and supportive for students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
- Work collaboratively with other faculty members to develop and deliver curriculum content
- Contribute to the development of new courses and programs in bricklaying and construction
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant subject
- Significant vocational or industrial experience in bricklaying and construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment
