We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lecturer to join our Health and Social Care team for 4 days per week, delivering on the level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma and T Level Health courses.
The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification and/or recent relevant vocational experience. They will become part of an efficient and close-knit team who are dedicated to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning on the level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma and T Level Health courses.
- Develop and maintain course materials and resources.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the Health and Social Care team.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Recent relevant vocational experience.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
