Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Omnichannel Territory Business Developer to join our team at Blue Square. As a key member of our retail marketing agency, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Samsung Mobile products and share your expertise with our territory teams.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain influential relationships with our channel partners, driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.
  • Commercial Expertise: Analyze market trends and industry insights to inform our sales strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Call File Coverage: Effectively manage call files to ensure maximum availability and optimize sales performance.
  • Training and Development: Deliver engaging and informative device training to our store management and colleagues, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Retail and Omnichannel Sales: You have a genuine passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of omnichannel sales strategies.
  • Field Management Experience: You have a proven track record of managing field teams and driving business growth in a retail or sales environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: You possess strong commercial skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and sales strategy development.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: You are an effective communicator and presenter, able to engage and motivate teams and stakeholders.
  • Valid UK Driving License: You hold a valid UK driving license, enabling you to travel to meetings and client sites.

Company Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
  • Performance Bonus: 15% of Salary
