Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at IRIS. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Prospecting: Develop and execute strategies to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and determine if they are a good fit for our products.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to develop effective prospecting strategies and campaigns.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- 1.5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a track record of success.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- B2B / SaaS background experience.
- End-to-end sales experience, including closing deals.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
