Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated professional to join our esteemed team as an Executive Dining Room Manager. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to delivering impeccable service, and the ability to work seamlessly within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.
  • Manage a specific section of the dining room, overseeing the setting, maintenance, and presentation of tables.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Advise and guide guests on menu choices, wine pairings, and any special dietary requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within your section.
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and poise.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
