Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the pipeline of opportunities to ensure all opportunities are followed up and progressed, accurately reflecting the current position on the CRM system.
- Provide a reliable point of contact for accounts and handle any enquiries required.
- Secure and collate any required information to ensure the sales process is progressing efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional telephone manner.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads to ensure targets are met.
