We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Risk Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and delivering complex commercial risk projects, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop winning strategies and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Facilitate client meetings, rehearsals, and logistics, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Review and edit RFP responses for clarity, consistency, and brand compliance, utilizing established tools and processes.
  • Conduct thorough post-project reviews to identify best practices and enhance future project performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial project management or bid management within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management tools.
