Project People is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our Sales & Commercial Team. This is a permanent opportunity to work 3 days a week onsite in Theale/Hybrid.
The Contract Manager plays a critical role in our Sales & Commercial Team, responsible for delivering the successful execution and management of our power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a portfolio of active contracts for PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
- Evaluate contract proposals and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and business development.
- Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed timelines and specifications.
- Monitor contract performance, amend and renew contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical experts and New Business Managers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication among all parties involved in contract execution, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and customer stakeholders, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and record-keeping, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Prepare regular reports on contract performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
- Proficient in contract management methodologies and best practices, with a strong understanding of the mobile infrastructure landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage customer expectations.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience a plus.
