Freight Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Business Development Manager to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the ocean freight sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in ocean freight sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of ocean freight and logistics operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
