Freight Sales Executive

About the Role:
Streamline Search is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Freight and Logistics industry. Our client has been providing importation and exportation services for nearly 50 years, utilizing multiple modes of transport, including air, sea, road, and rail.
Responsibilities:
* Source new business leads and collaborate with Sales and Operations colleagues to drive sales growth.
* Generate new sales opportunities, focusing on FCL/LCL sea freight, air freight, and road freight, as well as import and export services.
* Work in a flexible environment, both in the office and out in the field.
* Develop and implement strategies to bring in transferable business and enhance existing relationships.
* Create accurate quotations with necessary clauses.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in selling sea, air, and road freight in a forwarding environment.
* Strong sales and development skills.
* Good overall knowledge of the Global freight industry.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong telesales experience.
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
