Our team is responsible for managing the implementation of product initiatives, ensuring that client needs and requirements are met throughout the process. This involves working closely with stakeholders across the organization, including investment management, client group, sustainability, legal, compliance, risk, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Project managing the implementation of product initiatives, including arranging and minuting regular project working group meetings and working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure new products and product changes are fit for purpose and delivered in a controlled, effective manner.
- Engaging with Client Group on preparing relevant market, product, and competitor analysis to support proposals.
- Delivering consistent and high standards of content.
- 3+ years' industry experience in either a project management role or any product-related function, e.g., operations, investments, sales support, etc.
- Experience in and enthusiasm for project management, along with a good understanding of the principles of project management.
- Prior experience working with pooled fund structures, particularly UCITS funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Ireland, and the UK, and related product management, development, and governance processes.
- Good knowledge of the asset management industry, including commercial drivers, the clients it serves, and the distribution channels employed.
