We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Engagement Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our communications strategy and ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective communications strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Lead communications and engagement for our dedicated directorate, ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with our Communications & Marketing team to maintain a unified narrative and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  4. Manage the communications grid, overseeing the procurement and management of creative services for communications campaigns.
  5. Monitor the success of communications strategies, ensuring they are cost-effective and meet our business goals.
  6. Participate in an out-of-hours media rota, providing expert commentary and insights to the media.
  7. Proven leadership in a senior communications role, including team management and strategic planning.
  8. Excellent project management, organizational, and digital literacy skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
