We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Engagement Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our region by developing and executing effective communications strategies that align with our Metro Mayoral priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead communications and engagement for a dedicated directorate within the organization.
- Develop and execute communications strategies that drive business results and enhance our reputation.
- Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team to maintain a unified narrative and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage the communications grid to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
- Oversee the procurement and management of creative services for communications campaigns.
- Monitor the success of communications strategies to ensure they are cost-effective and meet business objectives.
- Participate in an out-of-hours media rota to ensure our organization's voice is heard in the community.
- Proven leadership in a senior communications role, including team management and strategic planning.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and digital literacy skills.
