We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Engagement Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's communications strategy and engaging with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective communications strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Lead communications and engagement for our marketing team, ensuring a unified narrative across all channels.
- Collaborate with our Communications & Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Manage the communications grid to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
- Oversee the procurement and management of creative services for communications campaigns.
- Monitor the success of communications strategies to ensure they are cost-effective.
- Participate in an out-of-hours media rota.
- Proven leadership in a senior communications role, including team management.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and digital literacy skills.
