We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Engagement Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's communications strategy and engaging with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective communications strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Lead communications and engagement for our marketing team, ensuring a unified narrative across all channels.
  3. Collaborate with our Communications & Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  4. Manage the communications grid to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
  5. Oversee the procurement and management of creative services for communications campaigns.
  6. Monitor the success of communications strategies to ensure they are cost-effective.
  7. Participate in an out-of-hours media rota.
  8. Proven leadership in a senior communications role, including team management.
  9. Excellent project management, organizational, and digital literacy skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior communications role, with a strong track record of delivering successful communications campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent digital literacy skills, with experience of using social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to engage with audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
