Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance on a temporary basis. As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Income Team, overseeing the recording of donations and business/sales income, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the Income Team.
- Oversight of the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system.
- Overseeing the monthly Direct Debit and SEPA processes.
- Providing support to the Financial Controllers on the monthly income reconciliations.
- Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income.
- Own the Gift Aid processing, ensuring the returns are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide support and assistance to the finance team as required.
- Work with internal stakeholders to build a strong communications channel.
Requirements
- A successful applicant will be available on short notice and have experience in an income/accounts receivable finance role.
- Experience in using financial software and systems efficiently to support this role.
- Comfortable working with complex reconciliations and large volumes of data.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop collaborative and persuasive working relationships.
- May be working towards an accountancy degree.
