Temporary Accounts Receivable Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 months. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to the Income Team, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and oversight to the Income Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the income process.
- Oversee the monthly Direct Debit and SEPA processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controllers to reconcile income and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income, including Gift Aid processing.
- Support the finance team as required, providing assistance with financial software and systems.
- Develop a strong communications channel with internal stakeholders, including CRM, Digital, and Fundraising teams.
Requirements
- Experience in an income/accounts receivable finance role, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
- Ability to work with complex reconciliations and large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
