Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. This is a 6-month temporary position based in Godalming.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and support to the Income Team, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.
- Oversee the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the monthly Direct Debit and SEPA processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controllers to reconcile income, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensure the Gift Aid processing is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with the latest guidance.
- Support the finance team as required, providing assistance with financial software and systems.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including CRM, Digital, and Fundraising teams.
- Proven experience in an income/accounts receivable finance role, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
- Ability to work with complex reconciliations and large volumes of data, across multiple geographies and donation platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop collaborative and persuasive working relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- May be working towards an accountancy degree.
- A competitive salary of £35-38k.
- Full-time or part-time hours, with the option to work from home 2 days a week.
