We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Income Team, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of donations and business/sales income, and overseeing the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Income Team to ensure the accurate and timely recording of donations and business/sales income.
  • Oversight of the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee the monthly Direct Debit and SEPA processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controllers to ensure the accuracy of monthly income reconciliations and communicate any outstanding issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income, including Gift Aid processing.
  • Provide support and assistance to the finance team as required, including working with internal stakeholders to build a strong communications channel.
Requirements
  • Experience in an income/accounts receivable finance role, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  • Ability to work with complex reconciliations and large volumes of data, across multiple geographies and donation platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop collaborative and persuasive working relationships with senior managers and other colleagues.
  • May be working towards an accountancy degree.
