Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Crew Clothing Farnham. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue in the store, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised, with a strong focus on creating an engaging shopping experience for customers.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.

Requirements:

  • Sales and Target Driven: Experience of driving sales growth and meeting targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
