Talent Finder is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our retail store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Manage cash handling, reconciliations, and banking procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
