About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Services Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Cardiac Services Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of our Cardiology Service, including managing capacity and demand, ordering stock, and invoicing receipting high-cost consumables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Cardiology Service: Oversee the daily operations of the Cardiology Service, ensuring that all procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Capacity and Demand Management: Manage capacity and demand for the Cardiology Service, ensuring that we are able to meet the needs of our patients.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Order and manage stock and inventory for the Cardiology Service, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to carry out procedures.
- Financial Management: Invoicing and receipting high-cost consumables, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Team Management: Manage and support the clinical members of the team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their roles effectively.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all procedures are carried out in accordance with our quality and safety policies, and that we are meeting the required standards.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: BSE and/or HRUK/IBHRE is a necessity for the role.
- Experience: 5 years experience as a Senior Cardiac Physiologist.
- Skills: Ability to demonstrate previous management experience, and a valid RCCP/AHCS with no restitution or convictions.
