We are seeking to add a dynamic Talent Acquisition Branch Leader to our vibrant team in Bristol, focusing on collaboration with educational institutions across the region.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a frontrunner in educational staffing, specializing in the recruitment of high-caliber teaching and support personnel for various placements.

Key Responsibilities:
We pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled service to both educational institutions and candidates. You will serve as a crucial intermediary between clients and potential hires.

The role encompasses:
- Assisting the Regional Director in expanding branch operations
- Mentoring and developing new team members
- Engaging with a diverse client portfolio, many of whom partner exclusively with our organization.
- Employing sales, business development, and marketing strategies to attract new business from educational institutions.
- Conducting client visits to foster and strengthen professional relationships.
- Gaining insights into client institutions, including their missions, cultures, and environments.
- Utilizing social media platforms to promote job openings, attract candidates, and build connections within the educational community.
- Proactively identifying and reaching out to suitable candidates currently employed elsewhere.
- Leveraging candidate databases to align the right talent with client needs.
- Reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and creating candidate shortlists for clients.
- Verifying references and assessing candidate suitability prior to submission to clients.
- Briefing candidates on job responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence for client consideration regarding suitable candidates.
- Organizing interviews as requested by clients.
- Communicating interview outcomes to candidates.
- Utilizing our management system to oversee bookings.
- Coordinating sponsorship initiatives for client institutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in educational recruitment with a proven billing record
- Experience in team leadership
- Strong communication and sales abilities
- Capability to grow and manage a client portfolio
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a resilient attitude
- Initiative-driven with a professional and ethical approach to business
- Ability to build and maintain relationships through various communication channels
