Buying Manager

The Buying Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for driving divisional strategy and working across all departments to achieve key KPIs, sales, and margin.
Key Responsibilities- Drive departmental product strategy to deliver sales growth across all markets.
- Strategically identify opportunities for current season and future, and capitalize on them with speed.
- Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical, and Sourcing counterparts to drive innovative product strategy.
- Manage departmental budgets and mitigate risks to profit.
- Deliver agile supply base that responds to the needs of the business.
- Excellent product and customer knowledge with a commercial mindset.
- Strong successful experience within Buying and managing teams.
- 5 years' experience as Senior Manager.
- Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized with a target-driven and results-focused approach.
- Excellent at prioritizing business needs and a strong commercial understanding.
