We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Fire Safety Coordinator to join our team at Liquid. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our buildings and services.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Risk Management: Assist in the management and development of processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Order Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022.
- Building Safety Cases: Assist in the design and management of Building Safety Cases for our portfolio, ensuring that buildings are and remain compliant with their respective cases.
- Inspections and Testing: Undertake fire and building safety-related compliance inspections and testing of equipment across our portfolio, validating the accuracy of FRA actions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Report and analyze the compliance of FRA actions, supporting the delivery of initiatives to improve and maintain compliance.
- Education and Experience: Degree level or relevant industry experience, with a strong understanding of building services and safety legislation.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to building safety and services, mechanical and electrical systems, and H&S legislation.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and stakeholders.
As a Building Fire Safety Coordinator at Liquid, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to the safety and compliance of our buildings and services, and develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
