About Unique Training Solutions

We are a community-based, in-home care provider for children and adults who require support to live independent lives. Our team of experienced professionals works with a diverse range of care packages, many of which are complex and require specialist support.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team. As a Care Specialist, you will work with our clients to provide personalized support and care, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a care setting, preferably in a home care or care home environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide physical support and assistance as needed
  • Valid driving license (desirable)
