About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Bury. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction for service users in our Secure Mental Illness and Personality Disorder Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat occupational dysfunction in service users
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support service users develop their skills and move through our clinical model of care
- Hold leadership and management responsibilities of the Occupational Therapy service on your allocated ward
- Provide clinical and managerial supervision for activity coordinators and other Occupational Therapists
