About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a specialist role. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat occupational dysfunction in individuals with mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and rehabilitation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care
- Provide clinical and managerial supervision to junior staff members
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and occupational therapy pathways
