Role Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing, managing, and reporting on the comprehensive delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing, establishing, and implementing effective systems and project management processes to shape the project brief and timeline.
  • Inspiring and leading your project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels to communicate essential management information.
  • Ensuring that quality and accuracy standards align with both company and client expectations.
  • Identifying and reporting risks and opportunities in accordance with recognized project management methodologies.
  • Collaborating with your team to uncover commercial opportunities beneficial to both Dalcour Maclaren and its clients.
  • Ensuring project compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements; preparing up-to-date compliance documentation for clients.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior experience in project management.
  • Experience in leading teams effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft products.
  • Good numeracy skills and a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
