About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the children we support. You will work closely with our knowledgeable Clinical Team to hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to children and adults with intellectual disability and/or autism
  • Develop and implement individualized assessment and intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation on speech and language therapy best practices
Requirements
  • BSc or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with intellectual disability and/or autism
