About the Role

Cedar Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration team in handling complex technical administration cases and calculations within a defined benefit scheme.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of administrative services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pensions administration, preferably in a defined benefit scheme.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions administration and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £42,000.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in the Hertfordshire office.
