Senior Pensions Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at WTW. As a leader in the marketplace, we offer an excellent opportunity for pension professionals to take on more advanced calculations and complex schemes.
The Role- Work within an administration team, servicing member and client queries in relation to DB and some DC pension schemes.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure service level agreements and performance standards are achieved.
- Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader and provide technical guidance on non-standard cases.
- Train, support, and mentor junior associates, holding regular feedback sessions.
- Assist with complex/project work, including complaints, and identify areas for service improvement.
- Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in administering occupational pension schemes.
- Coaching and supporting less experienced associates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Able to work to a high level of accuracy and focus on customer and quality.
- Computer literate and committed to fostering an inclusive work environment.
