Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing various projects and events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, and community programs.
  • Effectively manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful execution of projects and events.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, task lists, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and technology, to meet high standards and specific requirements.
  • Conduct evaluations after events to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • We seek an individual who is motivated, genuine, collaborative, creative, resilient, and adaptable, with proven experience in project and event coordination and a strong history of successful event delivery.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering positive relationships with partners, suppliers, and team members.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with a solid understanding of various software and digital tools relevant to the role.
