Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Operations Manager to join our marketing team at ADLIB Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of lead generation and conversion processes, ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and strategically aligned with our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Acquisition & Management: Drive new leads into the sales funnel through effective lead generation and management strategies.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
