At AB Consultancy, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our client's busy dining establishment in Brighton.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established restaurant group with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. Our client's energetic and dynamic approach provides guests with a unique dining experience that keeps them coming back.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing busy shifts, training and developing your team, and driving sales and revenue growth. You will also be expected to work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar position, ideally in a branded restaurant environment. You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £31,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff and ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, and improve overall restaurant performance.
  • Train and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Monitor and control costs, and ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in a branded restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
