Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to assist in the management and enhancement of our digital marketing channels, including affiliate marketing, paid social media, and search engine advertising. This position plays a vital role in elevating our online visibility, boosting brand recognition, and attracting profitable new customers to our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of digital marketing tactics, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proactive mindset towards campaign execution.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Support the management and optimization of performance marketing channels such as affiliate marketing, paid social media, and search engine marketing, while collaborating with the Head of Performance Marketing and Ecommerce teams on SEO initiatives.
  • Assist the CRM team as needed to enhance the effectiveness of the CRM program, including routine and automated communications, customer feedback initiatives, and referral programs.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals are achieved.
  • Work in partnership with external agencies and partners to ensure the success of affiliate marketing programs, SEO efforts, and paid media campaigns.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs and coordinate with the creative team to produce engaging advertisements and copy.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant campaign launches, adhering to brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular performance reports for all digital marketing channels, emphasizing key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Utilize analytical tools (such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights) to monitor and report on campaign success.
  • Present analytical findings to the marketing team and senior management, offering actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain Missoma's innovative edge.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • A passion for fashion and jewelry is advantageous.
