About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at KFC UK & Ireland. As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and motivate restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales and profitability.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt problem-solving and a friendly demeanor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other managers to maintain high-quality standards and uphold our brand's reputation.
  • Embrace a continuous learning mindset, take feedback constructively, and apply it to improve your skills and performance.
