Regional Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Regional Development Manager to join our team at Paintseal Europe Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and business development professional to drive growth and expansion in the region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outgoing and confident with a natural flair for building relationships
  • Numerate and comfortable with basic IT skills
  • Strong sales and prospecting skills with the ability to drive results
  • Experience in the automotive or related industries is an advantage, but not essential
