Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily sales operations and conduct team meetings to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Identify potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments.
  • Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage withdrawals through negotiation and manage client expectations, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Manage sales progression and communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to secure offers and maximize value streams.
  • Conduct property valuations and prepare pre-valuation information to provide accurate and reliable data.
  • Analyze market and business data to prepare vendor reports, providing valuable insights for clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience at a senior negotiation level.
  • Driving license.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
  • Proven experience in sales progression and valuations.
