Job Details

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales operations and conduct team meetings
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation
  • Identify potential buyers and sellers, secure viewings, valuations, and financial services appointments
  • Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings
  • Manage withdrawals through negotiation and client expectations
  • Manage sales progression and communicate with solicitors, buyers, and sellers
  • Secure offers and maximize value streams
  • Conduct property valuations and prepare vendor reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience at a senior negotiation level
  • Driving license
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
  • Proven experience in sales progression and valuations
