Student Support Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Student Support Team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling student enquiries, providing administrative support, and working closely with our specialist teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with our specialist teams to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our services and policies to provide informed guidance to students.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in managing records, data, and correspondence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
