Administrator Role within Student Support Team

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Student Support Team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling student enquiries, providing administrative support, and working closely with our specialist teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with our specialist teams to provide comprehensive support to students.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our services and policies to provide informed guidance to students.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in managing records, data, and correspondence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
