About the Role

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for leading the coordination of Warwickshire's Soft FM activities across the county's diverse portfolio. This role involves working in partnership with other Delivery Leads to ensure services are regularly monitored and evaluated, meeting national and local priorities.

The successful candidate will oversee a small team comprised of Caretakers and Cleaners, managing external contracts supporting security and guardian-related activities. They will possess a detailed understanding of planning and delivering Front of House FM operations, delivering multiple site customer-facing FM operations, and knowledge of relevant legislation and policy around Compliance, H&S, and the Environment.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess excellent communication skills, including building and maintaining relationships with a range of partners and stakeholders.
  • Have experience and understanding of managing significant resources and budgets.
  • Have a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Have experience of making change happen, responding to internal and external financial and organisational pressures.
  • Have experience of project management.
