Job Description

Primary Purpose

To drive business growth through strategic account management and development across government and rental sectors.

To identify, pursue, and close competitive sales opportunities, and actively manage the roll out and further penetration of these accounts.

Key Accountabilities

  • Annual Target Revenue, profit, and unit growth
  • Pipeline growth and prospective sales opportunities
  • Existing accounts management and secure penetration
  • Meet and fulfill customer expectations and applications
  • Manage, coordinate, and follow tender process
  • Identify, develop, and bring new accounts into contract
  • Build internal and external relations through sales support, GE Finance, dealers, aftermarket to influence support and maximize sales

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Business Management - BS/BA Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of complex solution selling, a structured sales approach
  • Product, application, and industry knowledge
  • Professional sales experience involving major accounts or corporations with proven results
  • Creative and persistent business development skills
  • Prospecting and negotiation with multiple points of influence
  • Presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with responding to tender requests, national and pan European
  • Industry relevance - Government and Rental
