The Opportunity
In light of our success in the niche area of international succession and probate, we are seeking a Partner to spearhead Stone King's International & Cross-Border ('ICB') team.
The ideal candidate will be driven and possess experience in leading and managing teams, along with a background in cross-border planning and probate. While experience in a specialized cross-border environment is preferred, we are open to candidates without this background, as training will be provided. Strong business development skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who will guide and mentor the team on cross-border planning, succession, tax, and probate matters. This role offers the chance to become a specialist within a team focused exclusively on cross-border work, advising on private international law (conflicts of law) across various jurisdictions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will encompass all management, leadership, and fee-earning functions, including business development with both external and internal focuses.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have substantial experience as a solicitor within a specialized cross-border team; however, candidates with extensive trusts and estates experience and some exposure to cross-border matters are also encouraged to apply. Training in cross-border matters and the Stone King ICB systems will be provided.
- Experience in supervising and developing team members is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in proactive business development and marketing, with the ability to generate new revenue streams and promote the firm while cross-selling other specialties internally and externally.
- Candidates should be well-organized, technically skilled, and exhibit leadership qualities.
