Senior Care Manager Opportunity

Calibre Global Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of our services, ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation.

Working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team, you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service, enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address service gaps and opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, making recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with service users, their families, and professional colleagues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a health and social care setting, with a focus on operational management
  • Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards in the care sector
