Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure high-quality service provision and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:
