As an Overnight Guest Services Associate, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to all guests. You will be stationed at the front desk, providing a warm welcome and ensuring the safety and security of the premises throughout the night while addressing all guest needs.

In your role, you will:

- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Provide accurate information about the local area and demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly.
- Foster a positive atmosphere to enhance guest loyalty.
To excel as an Overnight Guest Services Associate, you will need excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to uphold consistent service standards. This role is crucial to the hotel's operations and the overall guest experience. You will enjoy engaging with guests, assisting them with their inquiries, and managing multiple tasks efficiently, all while maintaining a cheerful and approachable demeanor.
On your first day, you will embark on a structured 12-week training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive as an Overnight Guest Services Associate. We are looking for candidates who:
