Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Nights Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Edinburgh. As a key member of our overnight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of our guests, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Hotel Operations: Assist with hotel operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management.
