About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team at The Thrive Team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct dimensional, visual, and non-destructive testing (NDT) on fabricated and welded components to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Calibrate and validate monitoring and measuring equipment prior to use.
  • Liaise with the engineering team to clarify inspection and testing requirements.
  • Liaise with the goods inward team for the inspection of raw materials, components, and associated certification.
  • Support the production team with in-process inspection and testing of components for manufacture.
  • Contribute to quality-led improvement initiatives and support quality performance.
  • Be competent with manual inspection processes using equipment such as tapes, rules, and squares.
  • Ability to write clear and concise inspection reports and work with both metric and imperial units.
  • Hold PCN Level 2 MPI and PCN Level 2 Dye Pen certifications.

  • Ability to manage time effectively while working to tight targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality at all times.
