About the Role:
As a Completion Case Manager, you will oversee a pipeline of first charge cases following the issuance of mortgage offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for case progression
- Monitor and manage the expiration of documents and offers
- Maintain accurate management information through system updates
- Ensure all mortgage conditions are met prior to case completion
- Work closely with the underwriting team to manage post-offer caseload effectively
- Process incoming completion documentation via various channels
- Provide completion forecasts to your line manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the underwriting process to provide cover when necessary
